We got the brew made just in time so it will be ready by Christmas. It's got cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice. It is the "Bigest" (big means there is a lot of sugars) beer we have ever brewed. What's more, we are brewing it in a bucket (because we didn't want to keep our carboy busy for 4 months).
We have a name for this beer and a label. The name: The Naughty List, since this will be a strong one.
